Brand Content System / Long-Form Writing / Creative Operations

The Issue
P1 wanted to produce more thought-leadership and practice-level video content, but full agency production was too costly and travel-heavy for ongoing use. They needed a branded guideline system that local teams could follow while keeping videos consistent with the quality and tone of P1’s existing brand work.

My Role
Long-form writing, content structure, video production guidance, brand voice, instructional copy, checklist development, and translation of production standards into practical guidance for non-specialist local teams.

Idea
Created a 42-page video guideline system that made quality repeatable. The guide broke the production process into plain-language sections, from pre-production and message planning to wardrobe, lighting, sound, framing, editing, accessibility, legal review, and final approval.

Results
P1 received a scalable brand tool designed to help local teams produce more consistent, on-brand video content across markets while reducing dependence on full agency production.
